Was brutally assaulted and murdered while walking in the Ein Yael forest southwest of Jerusalem.

February 7, 2019 - Ori Ansbacher (19), of Tekoa, was brutally assaulted and murdered on Thursday, 7 February 2019 by a Palestinian terrorist while walking in the Ein Yael forest southwest of Jerusalem. 

Ori Ansbacher (19), of Tekoa, a national service volunteer at the Ye’elim youth center in Emek Refaim forest, was brutally assaulted and murdered on Thursday, 7 February 2019 by a Palestinian terrorist while walking in the Ein Yael forest southwest of Jerusalem. She was found in the forest with multiple stab wounds to her chest. 
Israel Security Services, who swiftly apprehend the murderer, were able to determine that the murder was a nationalistically motivated terror attack. 
The daughter of a rabbi at a yeshiva in Tekoa, a settlement south of Jerusalem, Ansbacher was laid to rest on Friday afternoon. Several hundred people gathered at the cemetery in the settlement to pay their respects. She is survived by her parents Gadi and Naama and three siblings.
